Установка плагина на Joomla

Здравствуйте уважаемые форумчане объясните пожалуйста что я не так делаю? Я пыталась установить шаблон travel на joomle от joomshaper шаблон встал но при загрузке вышла надпись felix framework not found устанавливаю felix (cоответственно для 3 joomla) получается абракадабра (все буквы и кнопки становятся сплошным phphphphphhph) тоже самое происходит если устанавливаю из каталога не могу разобраться с этим никак. Заранее спасибо.Кстати устанавливала еще пакет shaper_helix_templateonly_j25_j3 он типа встает но не написано что успешно встал а просто
